One platform for your sales, finance and people
CRM, ERP and HR on a single cloud platform built for companies in Jordan, Saudi Arabia and Syria. Every module shares the same customers, products, branches and ledger, in Arabic and English.
- CRM, ERP and HR in one account
- ZATCA Phase 2 and JoFotara e-invoicing
- WhatsApp and point of sale built in
- Full Arabic and English interface

Separate tools cost you time and accuracy
Most growing companies run sales, accounting and HR in different places. The gaps between them are where errors and delays happen.
The challenge
Customer data in too many places
Sales works in one tool, invoices in another and WhatsApp on staff phones, so nobody sees the full picture.
With Aspirations
One customer record shared by sales, invoices, support and the WhatsApp inbox.
The challenge
A month-end that never balances
Sales, stock and payroll are re-entered into accounting, and differences surface weeks later.
With Aspirations
Invoices, POS sales, stock moves and payroll post to the same double-entry ledger automatically.
The challenge
Local rules handled by hand
E-invoicing, VAT, social security and GOSI are tracked in spreadsheets and government portals.
With Aspirations
Tax rates, e-invoicing integration and dated statutory payroll rates for Jordan and Saudi Arabia are built in.
Three products on one platform
Start with the product you need today and add the others later, without moving your data to a new system.
One system instead of four
What changes when sales, finance, operations and HR share one platform.
| Separate tools | Aspirations Suite | |
|---|---|---|
| Customer data | Spread across a CRM, spreadsheets and a WhatsApp tool | One customer record across sales, invoices, support and WhatsApp |
| Quote to cash | Quote in one tool, invoice retyped in accounting | A quote converts to an invoice that posts to the ledger and reduces stock |
| Point of sale | A separate POS whose sales are imported at day end | Registers that post every sale, return and shift to the same ledger |
| Payroll | Calculated in a spreadsheet and journalled by hand | Approved once and posted by department cost centre and branch |
| E-invoicing | A separate connector for each authority | ZATCA Phase 2 and JoFotara integration from the same invoice engine |
| Approvals | By phone or email, with no trace | Approval rules for expenses, bills, purchase orders, leave and payroll, with history |
| Branches | One file per branch, consolidated by hand | Per-branch and consolidated statements from the same data |
| Access control | Different users and permissions in every tool | One team, one set of roles across every module |
Every team sees the same customer
Sales, finance and support work on one record, so the full history is there before every call, invoice or reply.
- Unified timeline — Activities, deals, quotes, invoices, tickets and conversations on each contact.
- Quote to invoice — Quotes convert to invoices with gap-free numbering, then post to the ledger.
- WhatsApp linked to records — Incoming messages link to the right contact or create a new lead automatically.
- Support on the same record — Tickets from phone, email, WhatsApp or web, measured against your SLA.
- Client portal — Customers accept quotes, pay invoices and follow tickets from a one-time link.

Sales, stock and cash in one ledger
Every operational document creates its journal entry, so the books reflect the business as it happens.
- Automatic journal entries — Invoices, credit notes, POS sales, supplier bills, payments, payroll and depreciation post automatically.
- Point of sale — Registers with X/Z shifts, split payments, returns and offline sync.
- Inventory at average cost — Multiple warehouses, transfers, adjustments and reorder levels.
- Purchasing and banking — Purchase orders, supplier bills and bank reconciliation with match suggestions.
- Branches — Per-branch numbering and per-branch and consolidated financial statements.

Payroll that posts itself to finance
HR and accounting share the same employees, departments and cost centres, so staff costs appear in the right reports.
- Payroll with local rules — Jordanian social security and income tax, or Saudi GOSI, with dated statutory rates.
- Government export files — Export files prepared for WPS/Mudad, GOSI and Jordanian social security (SSC) and salary income tax (formats confirmed with you during setup).
- Rosters and attendance — Shifts compared with check-ins, with lateness, early leave and overtime as payroll input.
- Employee self-service — Leave requests, check-in with geofence, roster and reviews from any phone.
- Recruitment to training — Job openings, interviews, performance reviews and certificate tracking.

Made for Jordan, Saudi Arabia and Syria
Language, taxes, e-invoicing and payroll rules are part of the product, not add-ons.
Arabic first, full English
Every screen, server message and system text in Arabic with a right-to-left layout, and in English. Data import understands Arabic headers and Arabic-Indic digits.
E-invoicing for Saudi Arabia and Jordan
Integrated with ZATCA Phase 2 (Fatoora) — tested on ZATCA's developer environment; each company completes its own onboarding. JoFotara integration ready (UBL 2.1); requires your JoFotara credentials.
Local tax rules
Standard, zero-rated and exempt categories with default rates of 16% in Jordan, 15% in Saudi Arabia and 0% in Syria, all editable. The dinar uses three decimals and Saudi national address fields are supported.
Local payroll rules
Jordanian social security, salary income tax and the national contribution, or Saudi GOSI and the end-of-service provision, with dated rates. Export files prepared for WPS/Mudad, GOSI and Jordanian social security (SSC) and salary income tax (formats confirmed with you during setup).
Online invoice payments
Payment-gateway integration for online invoice payments (configured per company), so customers can pay from the invoice link in the client portal.
WhatsApp built in
A shared inbox on the official WhatsApp Cloud API, WhatsApp template campaigns and client portal links sent by WhatsApp.
Your company data stays yours
Controls that exist in the product today, reviewed in our internal security review.
Isolated company data
Every record belongs to one company and is filtered by it on every read and write. Automated tests register two companies and confirm one cannot reach the other's records.
Cross-company references blocked
A save that points to another company's customer, supplier, cost centre or employee is rejected.
Encrypted credentials
E-invoicing, email and payment-gateway credentials are stored encrypted, never in configuration files.
Role-based permissions
Roles such as owner, admin, accountant, sales manager, sales rep, HR manager, support and cashier. Sales reps see their own records and users can be limited to their branches.
Approval workflows
Approval rules by amount for expenses, supplier bills, purchase orders, leave and payroll. Requesters cannot approve their own requests, and every decision is recorded.
Protected sign-in
Accounts lock after five failed attempts, sign-in is rate-limited, and disabling a user or changing their role applies to their current session.
Activity trails
Approval history, an automation execution log, a client portal action log and an append-only marketing consent log.
Answers from your own data
Built-in reports and insights, plus the connections a company in the region needs every day.
Built-in insights, no external AI
A six-month sales forecast, a 12-week cash-flow outlook, lead scoring, anomaly detection and churn risk, calculated with classic statistics on your data. Each result states its limits.
Built-in reports
Trial balance, general ledger, income statement, balance sheet, VAT return, receivables and payables aging, per-branch statements, stock and support reports.
Import templates
CSV templates that open in Excel, with Arabic or English headers, for the chart of accounts, opening balances, items and stock, customers, suppliers and employees.
WhatsApp Cloud API
Inbound and outbound messages with delivery statuses, linked to contacts, tickets and campaigns.
E-invoicing APIs
Integrated with ZATCA Phase 2 (Fatoora) — tested on ZATCA's developer environment; each company completes its own onboarding. JoFotara integration ready (UBL 2.1); requires your JoFotara credentials.
Outgoing email through your company's mail server, and inbound email turned into support tickets.
Webhooks
Automation rules can call your webhooks, and web forms can create leads through an incoming webhook.
Work from the office, the shop floor or the road
The web app is responsive and works in the browser on phones and tablets.
Responsive web app
The same screens adapt to phones and tablets, in Arabic and English, with nothing to install.
Check-in with geofence
Employees check in and out from their phone, and the system records whether they were within their work location.
Employee self-service
Leave balance and requests, roster and attendance, performance reviews, goals and certificates in one personal area.
Field visits
Sales reps check in and out of customer visits with their location.
In-app notifications
Overdue tasks and invoices, new assignments, approvals, leave decisions, low stock and rejected e-invoices.
Native mobile app on the roadmap
A native app is on the roadmap. Until then, the responsive web app covers daily use on phones.
